Modern Logistics
Our transport fleet, comprising over 100 vehicles equipped with satellite tracking, ensures reliable delivery. From vans to 44-ton articulated trucks with MOFFETT Mounty systems (which allow our drivers to unload with forklifts), we can accommodate all delivery needs. We also provide stillage deliveries tailored to specific customer requirements.
By owning our own fleet, we offer shorter lead times and can fulfil urgent next-day orders—making us more responsive than our competitors, while still focusing on the individual needs of every customer.

Quality management
From July 1 2013 legislation dictates that sealed unit manufacturers, toughened glass processors and window and door fabricators will need to CE mark their products and prove their compliance to all relevant legislation. Press Glass has implemented a robust quality management system designed to help us efficiently manage and organize our operations, ensuring we fully meet our customers’ requirements. This system guarantees that every step of our production and manufacturing process is carried out to the highest standard, delivering only the best quality products and services to our customers.
Press Glass Insulating Glass Units (IGUs) fully comply with the requirements outlined in BS EN 12150-1:2000. This certification confirms that our IGUs have successfully passed tests for tolerances, flatness, edgework, fragmentation, and both physical and mechanical characteristics. By meeting these stringent standards, we provide fabricators and installers with IGUs that are safe for use in buildings, ensuring they retain their mechanical and thermal properties over time.
Press Glass Insulating Glass Units (IGUs) fully comply with the standards set in BS EN 1279-2/3. This certification confirms that our IGUs have passed rigorous tests for moisture penetration, gas leakage, and concentration tolerance. By meeting these requirements, we provide fabricators and installers with IGUs that are durable and reliable, minimizing the risk of replacement due to clouding or internal condensation caused by gas leakage.
